I owned a furniture restoration business for a decade, It's dirty physical work using often hazardous chemicals. It takes time to build competency someone would pay for. The results can be personally rewarding, but 100X is a spotted unicorn at best. When you factor in the value of time it's usually 1 or 2 X then just with the right items.
